2. Which cookies we use
If you simply browse the website, no cookies are set at all. Neither the home page, nor property pages, nor the contact page store cookies while you are browsing.
Cookies appear only in response to an action of yours, and all of them are strictly necessary:

Please note: the sessionid cookie is not set for visitors. The website has no registration or user account, and the administration area is available to company staff only.
Under Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI) and the guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, consent is not required for strictly necessary cookies. This is why the notice on the website informs you rather than asking for permission: there is nothing to switch off.
3. What the site stores in your browser's local storage
In addition to cookies, the website uses your browser's local storage. This is also data written to your device, so we disclose it on the same footing as cookies.

- contains no personal data — only property reference numbers and a note that the notice was dismissed;
- remains until you clear your browser data;
- is available only in the browser and on the device where you created it.
4. What we do not use
The website does not use:
- analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica or similar);
- advertising or marketing cookies;
- cookies from third-party advertising networks;
- cross-site tracking technologies;
- visitor counters or social network pixels.
We do not build a profile of you and do not share information about your visits with advertising networks.
If we decide to add analytics in the future, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent before any such cookies are placed.
5. Third-party cookies
The website itself does not place third-party cookies.
However, if you click the WhatsApp button or open a property location map, you will be taken to a third-party service that operates under its own rules and may use its own cookies. We do not control these services; please review their policies separately.
6. How to manage this
You may delete stored cookies and local storage entries, or block them, at any time in your browser settings. The relevant section is usually called "Settings" → "Privacy".

Please note: as we use strictly necessary cookies only, blocking them may prevent the enquiry form from being submitted and stop your language choice from being remembered. Clearing your browser data deletes your favourites list permanently.
