Bon Dia Property is a trading name under which ALEXHOMEINVEST, S.L. provides property search and transaction support services in Spain.
By using the Website you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
2. Purpose of the Website
The Website is an information showcase of properties in Spain, intended for private individuals considering the purchase of a home.
Through the Website you can browse property listings, use search and filters, save properties to favourites, run a preliminary mortgage estimate and submit an enquiry.
The Website is not an online shop. It cannot be used to reserve a property, make a payment or enter into a contract.
3. Source of property information
Property information — descriptions, specifications, prices, completion dates, photographs and floor plans — comes from an external database maintained by developers and their official representatives, and from other sources available to the company.
This information may change, be updated or removed without prior notice. The company updates the catalogue regularly; however, a delay is possible between a change at the source and its appearance on the Website.
The company makes reasonable efforts to keep the information current but does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy or timeliness and is not liable for errors or inaccuracies originating from the source.
Before taking any decision with financial consequences, please confirm the information with a member of our team and with the developer.
4. Prices and availability are not an offer
All prices shown on the Website are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of Article 1262 of the Spanish Civil Code.
The price, availability, specification, completion date and payment terms are confirmed by the developer at the time of the transaction and may differ from those shown on the Website.
The presence of a property on the Website does not mean that it is currently available for sale.
5. Mortgage calculator
The calculator on property pages performs an indicative arithmetic estimate based on the parameters you enter and is provided for information only.
The result:
- is not a credit offer, a binding offer or a pre-approval;
- is not financial, tax or investment advice;
- does not include bank fees, insurance, taxes, notary and registry costs or other associated expenses.
Actual lending terms are determined by the bank following its assessment of the borrower and the property. The company is not a credit institution, a credit broker or a financial adviser.
6. Enquiries
By submitting the form on the Website or contacting us using the details provided, you ask the company to contact you regarding a property of interest or a property search.
Submitting an enquiry creates no obligation for you or for the company, does not reserve a property and does not conclude a contract.
The processing of personal data submitted through the form is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Favourites and saved properties
Your list of favourite properties is stored in your browser (in local storage) and is available only on the device and browser where you created it.
Clearing your browser data deletes this list permanently. The company does not store favourites of unregistered visitors and is not liable for their loss.
8. Intellectual property
The structure of the Website, its design, source code, texts prepared by the company, and the Bon Dia Property logo and name belong to ALEXHOMEINVEST, S.L.
Photographs, renderings, floor plans and property descriptions may belong to developers, photographers and other rights holders and are published on the Website to present the properties.
Copying, extraction, distribution and commercial use of the Website's content without the written permission of the rights holder are prohibited.
If you believe that published material infringes your rights, please write to info@bondiaproperty.com — we will review your request and remove the material where appropriate.
9. Links to third-party services
The Website contains buttons and links to third-party services, including WhatsApp for contacting a member of our team and mapping services for showing property locations.
By following such links you leave the Website and become subject to the terms and policies of the relevant service. The company does not control these services and is not responsible for their content or for their processing of your data.
10. Availability of the Website
The company aims to keep the Website running without interruption but does not guarantee continuous availability.
Access may be temporarily restricted for maintenance, or for reasons beyond the company's control, including communication failures, hosting provider outages and force majeure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for:
- inaccuracy, incompleteness or obsolescence of information received from external sources;
- changes in prices, payment terms, completion dates and availability;
- decisions and actions of developers, banks and other third parties;
- results produced by the mortgage calculator;
- losses arising from the use of information from the Website without prior verification;
- temporary unavailability of the Website.
Nothing in these Terms limits the company's liability where such limitation is not permitted by law, including for wilful misconduct and gross negligence.
12. Changes to these Terms
The company may amend these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
By continuing to use the Website after the Terms have changed, you accept the new version.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
