1. Who processes your data
Data controller:
ALEXHOMEINVEST, S.L. (N.I.F. B01780360)
CALLE LLINARES, 3, 03010 Alicante, Spain
Telephone: +34 601 586 991
Email: info@bondiaproperty.com
We process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights.
2. What data we collect
Data you provide. When you submit the enquiry form on the website, we receive your name, your telephone number or email address — whichever you provide — together with the page from which the enquiry was sent and the property you were interested in.
Data from other channels. If you contact us via WhatsApp, email or social networks, we receive the data you share in that conversation.
Technical data. Our server, like any web server, keeps access logs containing the IP address, the date and time of the request and browser information. These records are used to operate and secure the website.
We do not request or collect special categories of data on the website, such as information about health, origin or beliefs. Please do not include such information in the form or in correspondence.
3. Why and on what legal basis we process data
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| To respond to your enquiry, contact you and propose properties | Your request and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) |
| To correspond and speak with you about your enquiry | Same |
| To perform a contract and provide services | Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) |
| To issue invoices and keep accounting and tax records | Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) |
| To operate and secure the website | Our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) |
| To send you information about new properties and offers | Your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time |
Providing your data is voluntary; however, without a name and a means of contact we will not be able to answer your enquiry.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Data is processed by the following service providers acting on our instructions:
Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — hosting of the website and database and storage of backups. Data is held on servers within the European Union.
Telegram Messenger — delivery of a notification to us when an enquiry arrives. The notification contains your name, contact details and the property you were interested in. Telegram is located outside the European Economic Area, so this constitutes an international transfer; it is carried out only to the extent necessary to respond to you promptly.
Meta Platforms — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your conversation is processed under that service's own rules.
Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.
If completing a transaction requires sharing your data with a developer, a bank, a notary or another party, we will do so only with your consent and only to the extent necessary.
5. How long we keep data
Website enquiries are kept for 365 days from receipt and are then deleted automatically.
Client data under a contract is kept for the duration of the contract and thereafter for the periods required by Spanish tax, accounting and civil law.
Consent to receive information remains valid until withdrawn.
Server logs are kept for a limited period necessary for security purposes.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and learn how it is processed;
- request rectification of inaccurate data;
- request erasure where there is no basis for keeping the data;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller (portability);
- withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@bondiaproperty.com stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to verify your identity so that we do not disclose data to the wrong person.
We will reply within the period established by law. If our response does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid).
7. Cookies
The website uses only those cookies that are necessary for it to work. Details are set out in the separate Cookie Policy.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections, restricted access, and regular backups.
No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to prevent loss, alteration and unauthorised access.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
