Bungalows at Condado de Alhama Golf Resort

Condado de Alhama is a gated resort in Murcia surrounded by mountains and nature, with 24-hour security and direct access to a golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. The Al Kassar shopping centre, with shops, restaurants, bars and everyday services, is just a few steps away. Walking and cycling routes run throughout the resort.

The project offers ground-floor bungalows with a private garden and upper-floor bungalows with a terrace and private solarium. Each has 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite) and an assigned parking space. The homes are delivered with fully installed ducted air conditioning, aerothermal hot water, built-in wardrobes, an armoured front door and a kitchen with appliances. They also include electric shutters in the bedrooms, bathrooms with underfloor heating, and outdoor LED lighting.

A communal pool with solarium and Mediterranean and tropical gardens complete resort life. The project suits golfers, families and anyone seeking a peaceful lifestyle or a rental property.
