Villas with Private Pool in Los Nietos near Mar Menor

A boutique development of just six villas in Los Nietos offers a refined coastal lifestyle on the shores of the Mediterranean. Each home features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, thoughtfully designed interiors, and high-quality finishes that suit permanent residency, seasonal use, or rental investment alike. The contemporary architecture is tailored to the warmth and rhythm of southern Spanish living.

Every villa is move-in ready: the kitchen comes fully equipped with integrated appliances, bathrooms feature illuminated vanity units, and bedrooms include built-in wardrobes with drawers. Ducted air conditioning is pre-installed throughout. Outside, a private pool, generous solarium, and outdoor kitchen create an ideal setting for year-round entertaining. Solar panels add energy efficiency and help reduce ongoing running costs.

Los Nietos sits on the western shore of Mar Menor — Europe's largest saltwater lagoon, sheltered from the open sea and known for its calm, warm waters. The local beach stretches 2.7 km and draws visitors each summer, while winters remain peaceful and unhurried. Cartagena, with its full range of urban amenities, is around 30 minutes away, and Murcia-Corvera International Airport is within an hour's drive. The area enjoys consistent demand from both Spanish second-home buyers and international investors.
